Salon Policy

​

Visiting the Salon

We ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. There are allocated parking signs at the side of the salon building. Please avoid parking in front of the salon as this can block access to the shed building. If you have parked in front of the shed building we are not liable for any damages to your vehicle if the shed doors gets opened and hits your vehicle. There is a waiting area in the salon so If you are early for your appointment please feel free to wait in the salon waiting area. Please be aware if you are early we may be doing a treatment  so please be patient and we will come and call you when we are ready to start your treatment.

All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety. Wherever possible we utilise environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross infection.

​

Please don’t be surprised if we use personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit and during your treatment. This may include disposable gloves and aprons where appropriate. We can confirm that the laundering of salon towels and uniforms is washed at 60 degrees C. We have put in place a number of changes in the salon like  paper hand towels and many more things to keep the salon safe and hygienic.

Our treatments

We understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we wash/sanitize our hands in accordance with NHS recommendations before and throughout your treatment.

We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments please do not hesitate to contact us.

​

Booking Appointments

All bookings made will be asked to confirm the appointment with card. No payment will be taken from the card unless you cancel with short notice or do not show up for the appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment with card it may be cancelled. If you have a gift voucher you will still be asked to confirm the appointment with card. Payment for your appointment will be collected in salon after your appointment. You can choose to pay via the card you confirmed with, another card, gift voucher or cash. When making a booking in person, over the phone, online or via email you are accepting our salon policy and cancellation policy.  â€‹

Appointment Confirmation and Reminders 

When you book an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. We'll also send you two reminders, one via email and another by text message, before your appointment.  Please note that these reminders are a courtesy and should not be solely relied upon and may be subject to change. To ensure you receive them, kindly double-check that your email address and phone number are up to date.

Cancelations

As a courtesy to other clients, if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, We request that you kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice. There will be a 100% fee to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours and a 100% fee for no shows. If you cancel or do not show up you will be automatically charged to the card on your account. If for any reasons the payment didn't go through the fee charges will be saved on your account and you will not be able to make another appointment until the fee is payed. If you have paid upfront for a treatment, membership or treatment packages you will still be charged on the card that's on your account for late cancellations or no shows. The charges will not come out pre-paid treatments and you can book in again for the paid treatment, membership or treatment packages.

Gift Vouchers

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date. They can not be exchanged for cash or extended form the expire date. Gift Vouchers can only be used in salon. If you have been given a Gift Voucher please make sure you bring the Gift Voucher code to your appointment as we are unable to use it without the code.  Please be aware that we are a busy salon and we advice you book to use your Gift Voucher in advanced to save disappointment.

Discounts/Promotions 

We sometimes send offers, sent Offers eg, birthday, New Client discount etc can only  be used once and cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer can only be used by you and no one else and to be redeemed online only. If you accidentally create multiple accounts, the offer will still only be valid for a single use by you. Offers can Not be extended so please make sure you book in advanced.

Membership/Treatment Packages

If you have payed for membership package this can only be used on the membership treatments you have brought.  This can not be changed for any other treatments or refunded. The paid plan must be use within 12 months of the purchase date and can not be extended (unless stated otherwise). The brought membership can only be used by one person and can not be combined with any other offers.

I will collect basic personal data about you, which does not usually include any special categories of personal information about you (often known as ‘sensitive personal data’).
